The Model 7002C has one NIJ approved Model 702C oversized handcuff positioned at each hip allowing for either parallel arm or cross arm handcuffing. The special 54 inch heat treated steel chain includes padlock rings for waist size adjustments. Two keys supplied. Made in USA.
